DevOps Engineer

Design, build and operate the automated platforms that deliver client software reliably and securely across SaaS, cloud and on-premise environments.

What you'll do

Design, run and stabilise CI/CD pipelines — build, packaging, deployment and rollback — across multiple environments
Automate environment provisioning, configuration, upgrades and decommissioning using version-controlled, code-reviewed templates
Deploy and manage standardised, reproducible environments across dev, test and production, including multi-client SaaS and hybrid setups
Implement monitoring, logging and alerting; lead root-cause analysis and improve SLAs and operational KPIs
Manage the environment data lifecycle — provisioning, masking, sampling, migration, reconciliation — in line with security and data-governance requirements
Act as the technical escalation point for platform incidents and document resolutions for the team

1–2 years in DevOps or CI/CD roles, having built and operated pipelines in complex environments
CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
Git to an advanced level — branching, tagging and artifact management
Scripting in Shell, Python or Groovy, plus FreeMarker (FTL) templating
Linux/Unix, and a relational database such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability; calm under production pressure
